Me. I took a pinhole photography class at an arts center when I was about 13 and I fell in love. So I packed up, and went to art school. I then spent countless hours in the darkroom, ate bagels with salsa cream cheese for breakfast, lunch and supper, re-did some shoots a gazillion times (damn you white cube!), and didn't see much of daylight. I loved every minute of it.

After graduating from the Alberta College of Art and Design, with a BFA in Photography, I worked at a pro printing lab and started freelancing. A few years later I moved back home and dipped my toes into the Saskatchewan arts community, working as an Artist in Residence and as an administrator/programmer at various galleries, most currently at the MacKenzie Art Gallery.

I now work as a full-time freelance photographer and the co-conspirator of Not Nowhere. Aside from watching bad action movies and cursing myself for buying too many magazines, I take pictures. And I couldn't be happier about it.

I should take your picture.
